a comfortable stay
well equipped bedrooms breakfast choices awful parking limited space
the bedrooms are well equipped. the breakfast included a lot of choices. i liked the two hooks on the back of the bathroom door, its the little touches that matter.
i booked a shower only room.

Breakfast was really good, with many options like croissants, bread, and toast.
The coffee machine in my room did not work at first! Eventually, staff fixed that. The TV was not satisfactory. I think it needed retuning. It seemed like an old machine.

loud air conditioning old machine
The air conditioning was pretty loud. It gave me a sore throat. i also found the television to be unsatisfactory. it seemed like an old model. i think it needed retuning? it was a shame because otherwise, it is a nice building.

cute and comfortable stay
cute staff nespresso machine convenient parking
this was my first time at this hotel and i found the staff very cute. the room included a nespresso machine, which i used daily (a nice perk!). i found parking on site quite convenient, especially since i was traveling for work. the breakfast options were also varied, i especially liked the sausages.
the tv in my room was not satisfactory. it reminded me of an older model and i think it needed retuning. i didn't report it, as i didn't spend much time in the room (i was mostly out).

lovely stay with excellent amenities
spacious room convenient car park helpful staff
The classic double room we stayed in was spacious. It was also well-equipped with everything needed to enhance our experience. the bed offered great comfort. the private car park located around the back of the hotel proved convenient, a huge bonus with vehicles. staff was also friendly and helpful.
I booked a shower only room, however, i discovered it was over the bath. It presented a problem with bad knees. the parking was also awful as people who were there to drink took all the spaces. it meant we parked outside.

The room included a king-sized bed that felt comfortable. there was also a coffee machine with capsules provided. the bathroom had great water pressure in both the bath and the shower. This was a very welcome feature.

The check-in was easy. the bar service was attentive. i had a very tasty dinner upon arrival, and the breakfast in the morning was also good, with many options.

the hotel offers a pub on-site where i could enjoy a delicious meal. there were plenty of seating areas available in the bar, including some located outside. public transport connections were accessible. it made travelling to london easy.
